OUR PROCESS
Contact
Contact us to schedule a time to meet with one of your home designers. At this initial consult, we will discuss your goals for your project, answer questions and review the design contract.
Create
Our team takes the information from our initial consult and drafts a design for the project. We collaborate with you to make the necessary revisions. It's exciting for clients to see how their ideas come together!
Complete
Once the preliminary design is approved by you, we move into the final construction drawing phase. We prepare the final set of plans so they are ready to submit to HOA's, building departments or to contractors for their bids.
3-D
We can provide 3-D renderings for interior and exterior spaces, giving our clients a view of what their finished project will look like. Virtual walkthroughs help home owners make informed decisions of their plans.
